I have received your letter concerning the A-Pro 1900 hairdryer that you recently purchased. I'm sorry that you misunderstood the product specifications. As indicated in the sales literature, the hairdryer is designed to be used only on 115 volts, 60 hertz electrical current; it cannot be used on 220 volts, 50 hertz current.
Our policy is to accept authorized returns within 30 days of purchase if the product is returned in the original box. I have enclosed a shipping label for your convenience.
If you wish, we will send you a refund check for $28.95 upon receipt of the hairdryer. However, if you are interested in a hairdryer that runs on 220 volts, 50 hertz electrical current, I suggest the A-Pro 2400 model. It is very similar to the A-Pro 1900 and lists for the same price, $28.95. We also carry a model that can be used on both 115 volts and 220 volts, the A-Pro 3500. We can ship the 2400 model at no cost to you or the 3500 model upon receipt of an additional $8.00 (in both cases, upon receipt of the 1900 model you now have).
